Description

This mission is set onboard two space ships of the near future. It's my third finished map so far so many features are included and there should be no bugs.

Assault:
Your US Joint Military Destroyer has disabled and boarded an opposing transport delivering a valuable cargo to an enemy Lunar Station. Your Special Forces squad must retrieve a sample of the cargo. Once a sample has been secured proceed to destroy the transport via reactor destabilization. Enemy reaction forces are expected at ten minutes or less away.

Defense:
During a routine delivery to our Lunar Stations an enemy Destroyer has disabled our ship and is about to board us. A reaction battlegroup coming from Lunar Base Alpha is ten minutes out but the highly sensitive cargo onboard must not fall into the wrong hands. Defend the ship's cargo bay and reactor core at all costs.

I did not desgin this map to be super, super realistic, I designed it to be fun. Yes I used the various diamond plates as my primary texture, and that is because it is the best metal texture available to me. Also as a tidbit, I did some selective editing to the overview picture, concealing a number of 'secret' passageways.

Srry bro, I tried to give it a chance and I know how time consuming it is to do anything worthwhile on the editor but this was just boring as ***** and not very interesting to move around in...it felt like an endless series of doors and hallways with some rooms that reminded of 100 things EXCEPT a spaceship...I hope you have better success in your next attempt.

Thanks for the feedback blood_h87. I understand that this version is pretty worthless, but it was only a learning platform anyway, so not made to be super awesome. Right now I'm working on a desert map but I may come back to space ship and do an SE. In it I am going to have four breach doors, two on top of the other two, three cargo bays (with appropriate random cargo objective.), less compartmentalization, more half symmetry to make the defense ship more like a cargo ship, and the assault ship more like a destroyer. Plus I will work on sounds, lighting, textures, and static mesh decorations; everything to make it feel more like a spaceship.
