Description

this is a remake of WC, obstructions have been added to give assault more cover and prevent nade, and window spamming. spawns have been moved to even overall game play.

===== WARNING ORDER =====

ASSAULT

1. SITUATION: Intelligence reports that an illegal arms dealer have returned and is planning to transfer weapons of mass destruction to an agent of a known terrorist organization. Equipment stored in warehouse at grid WJ801165.

2. MISSION: Squad will secure and WMD'S (1st and 3rd floor) at grid WJ801165 NLT 230430LJUN03 in order to disrupt future terrorist action.

DEFENSE

1. SITUATION: Having secured weapons of mass destruction and disrupted illegal arms sale to known terrorist organization, your unit was awaiting extraction. Weapons provide proof that a foreign power is involved in acts of terrorism. Reactionary forces have arrived to recover the weapons or destroy the proof.

2. MISSION: Squad will deny terrorists access to main structure and protect weapons of mass destruction at grid WJ801165, until arrival of reinforcements at 230545LJUN03.

I don't think this is really necessary. Assault has enough cover as it is. The objective is to get in the building and secure the objectives, not stay outside and camp.

i agree, WC is perfect the way it is. if you're going to add all that stuff outside, might as well make a fire and bring the marshmallows for assault ;)

Not bad but not that great either. Like the idea of more assault cover but theres 2 much. Plus that ladder could make it a bit easier for assult. Nice job tho :)

Looks like extra/excesive-recharged map.
WC is good map, dont need modifications, but nice try soldier!

I like the look of this.
Weapons cache greatly favours the defending side and this is going to even it up a fair bit. The only way up that ladder agaisnt an organised defence is with suppressing fire on the third floor window from the assauolt team below. This promotes team play and should be encouraged.

I look forward to trying it out

this re-map will even gameplay by re-arranging entry points, instead of being RAMBO's youll have to use teamwork to achieve your goals, this also includes defense, some spawns were moved on both sided keep the game going at a rapid pace.

I agree that there may be some more cover for assault. But put some things inside or something, then you dont have to camp when you are assault. But I think this is a bit overkill.

You idea of balancing this map is not bad, but IMHO WC is a great map without all these additions. The problem with the spamnads exists mainly on public servers, in wars a team should be prepared and the spammer should be down within a few secs (i'm not a WC expert, but that's what I think).
I hoped for some fixes/improvements for the existing maps by the community, but all we got till now are mods. Hope you find something to improve that makes this one worth being authorized by the Dev's :)

I like the new ladder idea, but its too close to the Assault spawn. Maybe put it in the back so it takes longer to get to to it from the spawn. Maybe a skylight or utility entrance on the East side? Being able to run around on the roof would be cool!
