Description:

This mission is set onboard two space ships of the near future. It's my third finished map so far so many features are included and there should be no bugs.

Assault:
Your US Joint Military Destroyer has disabled and boarded an opposing transport delivering a valuable cargo to an enemy Lunar Station. Your Special Forces squad must retrieve a sample of the cargo. Once a sample has been secured proceed to destroy the transport via reactor destabilization. Enemy reaction forces are expected at ten minutes or less away.

Defense:
During a routine delivery to our Lunar Stations an enemy Destroyer has disabled our ship and is about to board us. A reaction battlegroup coming from Lunar Base Alpha is ten minutes out but the highly sensitive cargo onboard must not fall into the wrong hands. Defend the ship's cargo bay and reactor core at all costs.

*****?

An interesting concept, but i don't think this is what anyone had in mind
when the mission editor came out. Looks interesting and fun, but it may be
a bit too wild to get approved.

No offence, but this might be better off in the gallery rather than being
submitted for approval. It's pretty cool, but probably a little too 'out
there' for approval.

Thanks for the feedback. But I don't believe it's too 'out there.' While
it's not realistic to current technology, it is realistic to the technology
of the near future. And BTW, I did submit a gallery of it, check it out
once it gets approved.

Personally, I think America's army needs a little innovation, but not to an
extreme.

This just isn't out there it's "Somewhere Out There." Look when you say
near future what do you mean people in the 1950s beleived we would be
flying around in hover cars but if you look around we arn't technology just
doesn't keep up with the imagineers.

I know this map is a bit imaginative and maybe not even realistic to the
tech of the near future, but I designed it have fun on. Since you all are
onconvinced that it is even playable I am posting a download link.
And as for why would the Army be in space ship? Well, notice I did say a
"Joint US Military" Destroyer. Plus it's SF, so not not impossible to
happen, just not very likely.
All in all, thanks for the feedback everyone, I will desgin my next map
with all comments and new ideas in mind.

Just to answer the question that everyone seems to be asking: Why would the
Army be on a space ship and not another military branch? Have the other
military branches put out awesome games like AA? That's why I did it with
the Army. And please note, I did say at the beginning that it is a "Joint
US Military" mission.

Hate to say it, but even though it is very creative and looks like it took
time and effort, America's Army is about there here and now, hence the
existing maps being about current events, maybe they could make a section
for creative amp playing, but I also doubt this will get approve, fun to
try, maybe something for unreal, but not for AA.
Great Job though man. And there are no haters here "homie"
Listen to reason.

Yeah you would probably have better luck just renaming your map and leaving
it the way it is. Rename it to something that fits. Something that would
have a rector core. Name it like 3 Mile Island or San Onofre.

List of US Nuclear Power Plants:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_nuclear_power_plants_of_America#United
_States_of_America

Though I doubt the US Army would be used to counter a US Power plant being
take over. They might be used to cordon off the area and maybe SF would be
used in some capacity (maybe) but doubtful. Most likely be FBI in some form
or another.

Cool, mission capable. But a word of warning, if you play this map, study
the layout first, it's confusing and very easy to get lost until you learn
you way around.
I'll probably take the skeleton of this map and turn it into a
non-confusing Nuclear Power planet raid map. (On Earth, present day)

I don't know about all you "It's 'Way out there'!" guys, but I play AA
because it is realisic, awesome, and FUN! So if a map is fun, who cares if
it's "out there"? You get 5 stars for originality.
